Like others, I have been scammed by this company. I ordered two hoodies in November and never received them. I emailed and received a reply from Anna Haslam who said there had been a problem with shipping tariffs etc but she would look into it. After waiting and waiting, I requested a refund which I was assured I would receive - surprisingly I’ve had nothing. I then asked if she could just re-order the hoodies to which I was told yes of course, this would be done immediately and ‘Anna’ would let me know the order number so I could track it - that was three weeks ago and despite emailing repeatedly it’s all gone quiet. I have to accept this is a scam and I’ve lost my money but hope this review will stop others from also falling victim to this company.
