My order took over a month to arrive during which I chased the company twice. When the product did eventually arrrive (shoes), they were of very poor quality and the sizing was wrong. I have tried to follow due process for obtaining a refund but so far have not had any response.The returns process requires you to email the company for a returns label but unless they respond, you have nowhere to return the product to!My advice to anyone considering placing an order with this or similar companies is to read the returns process before you order.
