They replied to my post, stating that it is not true and that they would contact me to resolve the issue. How? Will they become British? Do they have a British return address, as they state on their parcel? Yes, they contacted me endlessly: they proposed to me a 10% money return instead of 30% previously offered, and they are bombarding me with endless propositions to buy from them again. Also, they state that they are British on this Trustpilot website! Pay attention: nothing has changed. Also, you could find many pages, like "Chloe', 'wearchloe', many of them. Try to investigate. I am very impressed by the incredible impudence of these people.
