The Exec+ program is very refreshing compared to other career coaching program I have seen. The team assigned me a coach who is dedicated for me and also I have an agent applying to jobs on my behalf. The initial process for the Resume, Cover letter, LinkedIn was a bit slow to be honest and they asked me a ton of questions and they were rewriting my achievements, they added some metrics I gave them as well. So this took about 3 weeks which was expected but I didn’t understand why until I saw the final result.The final resume was amazing, I had 2 variations as we were targeting 2 niches and it made so much more sense. The application support was a game changer, saved me time, they got my feedback on each role and changed ones that didn’t align with me. Got about 11 interviews and just signed my new offer.
