The office was helpful and rescheduled for 9am the next day, offering a 5% discount for the inconvenience, which we appreciated. While the work was well done, issues arose with payment. I expected an invoice reflecting the discount, but it wasn't sent until Sunday morning. I received a call shortly after for payment, which I missed. I was glad I did as the invoice didn't reflect the 5% off. After requesting confirmation of payment multiple times, I finally received it the next day.
