Joined up and was told my profile needed to be verified which took nearly two weeks and many emails from me. Customer service extremely slow and unhelpful and seemingly only able to answer one email a day. Despite paying a subscription the app never worked properly, when I did get a reply from customer service this was 'always being looked into'. I was then told Her would get back to me after I sent loads of screen shots of the issues I was having and they were going to talk to the app developers. In the end I got sick of emailing and getting no response so I threw in the towel and asked Apple for my money back (had to pay subscription through Apple). About 3 months later I got an email from Her customer service asking if I was still having problems. That was the only good thing about my experience I asked apple for my subscription money back as the app did not work - there was no argument and I had the money back in my credit card in about 5 days.
