After reviewing the ingredients, I noticed they contain many bulking agents, leading to a significant feeling of bloating. I've been drinking plenty of water and herbal tea to help alleviate it. I'm willing to continue using the product to see if things improve, but I'm currently dissatisfied with the bloating effects.
