Once again, I'm experiencing an excessive delay in receiving my order. It's been 8 days since the payment was processed via direct debit. While the product itself is excellent, the logistics are exceptionally poor. I'm quite frustrated with this situation! Deliveries should ideally occur within 48 hours of payment, but this experience has been really disappointing.
