I ordered two full coverage no underwire bras on January 1, 2026. I live in Malaysia. I received the bras in about two weeks. They were way too small (cup size). The advertisement led me to believe they would accommodate a larger cup size. I immediately began the return process. I had to ship the bras from Malaysia to London, at quite a cost. I had a tracking number, and the bras were received by Luna on February 9. I have contacted Weareluna.store many times (more than 20), and have yet to receive a refund. Each time I write, they send me an email in response trying to placate me, sympathizing how it must be so frustrating for me. They promise they will expedite the refund, and email me when it is done. Then, nothing happens. I am fed up.
Their customer service sucks! I think this store is a scam. Perhaps they are in bankruptcy. I have never had such a hard time getting a refund from an online store. This is unacceptable.
Don't trust them with your money. You'll never get it back. I finally contacted my credit card company to refute the charge. I am hoping to receive satisfaction soon.
