They advertised they can offer full new driver insurance upon passing the driving test. Inquired about this upon passing and the answer was "we cannot insure you - too high risk". No explanation, no suggestions, nothing. Terrible customer service. Nobody identifies themselves when they answer the phone - unprofessional.
