When first insuring my car through Marmalade it was very easy and straightforward and offered at a good price, BUT, to try and contact them at a later date is an absolute nightmare, it's nearly impossible to talk to a real live person, only get a Bot that does not answer the questions asked, they send a renewal notice thanking for Automatic renewal but do not give any information as to what the new price will be and it's impossible to get any information on the new price, in the end I am going to cancel with them and go to another company because I am sick to the back teeth with dame Marmalade
