Contacted by Marmalade after paying my initial premium of £165.22 on January 21st.Two days later I was required to pay an additional £142.16 on January 23rd.On January 24th I received a further e-mail asking me to contact the company within seven days or my cover may be cancelled.I understand after continued online chat this final e-mail was sent in error. Online accounts are intended to be more easily managed. This has not been my experience with Marmalade so far but I am willing to persevere and perhaps give the company the benefit of the doubt and allow improved service to enhance my opinion.
