Trying to contact them is an absolute nightmare, dealing with a claim has been absolutely horrific, passed about to so many different companies, they also kept sending texts to contact them but the numbers they give don't work, even now they gave me a number via web chat that was incorrect so had to go through the whole thing again to get a number that works & now on hold which I expect will be for a long while to speak to someone that can't help. Thankfully one month left which they can keep, as I will be definitely will NOT be renewing.
