Ordered on December 10, 2025. I had no idea it was shipping from overseas. After not receiving shipping info, I contacted them on December 20th and got a fake tracking site indicating it was just leaving. They offered a 10% refund, which I never got. After checking again on December 28, it showed as stuck in customs, but still no real tracking. They later offered a 40% refund, which I accepted. On January 6, it claimed to be delivered to my region, but I never got it! Today, I received a $1.65 refund after spending $32.65. What a joke! I'm disputing the charges. The customer service was terrible, and I should have known better.
