I usually wear a medium, weigh 135 pounds, and am 5 feet tall. I have well-developed hip muscles, so the medium fits perfectly at the waist without being constricting. The shorts underneath are a little tight in the hips, but not enough to warrant a return or exchange. I plan to buy more and may try a larger size. If you're still on the fence, definitely buy yourself a pair!!!
