AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!I had ordered a Heat Pad as i have Endometriosis and always on the look out for something to help. I had some issues with the first product, however the team was happy to assist, with quick replies and happy to help attitude. They did not hesitate to send me out a new item.
