I'm grading five stars because the products are really great. I am on the deodorant, body wash, and lip balm subscriptions and I do feel like the website functionality could use some updating but it's not the worst I've ever had to use. I do often have issues with my subscriptions due to product availability at time of shipment but it's nothing that's detrimental and it has nothing to do with the quality of the products. Anytime I've ever had to contact customer support, they've been very responsive!
