I ordered reading glasses with a specific magnification a while ago, but it took ages for them to arrive. When they finally did, they were not as described. After numerous communications, the company agreed to send a replacement, but the new pair was identical to the first and still incorrect. When I requested a refund, they insisted it was impossible for both pairs to be wrong and required proof from an optometrist, which was a hassle and cost me money. Even after providing evidence, they didn't offer any compensation for my expenses or a proper resolution. It's disappointing, as I would have recommended them otherwise.
