Thinking of buying a bra from this company? Don’t. I’ve emailed them FOUR times and not one single response. Not even an automated reply. The customer service is non-existent.After finally managing to get back on their website, I was shocked to see a £10 handling fee just to exchange / return an item. Are you serious?? Why should I pay extra when your team can’t even be bothered to reply to a single email?Save yourself the stress. There are plenty of other brands out there that respect their customers and actually provide support. This is an absolute joke.
