Really wanted to have a comfy bra that fitted. Fell for the hype. Followed all the online instructions for sizing to the letter and took a risk ordering knowing returns would cost £10. Got 20% off the first order but nothing fitted - all way too small. Despite everything being returned, I could not benefit from the 20% off to reorder. All communications are via AI, so no flexibility or common sense. When I asked questions about sizing etc, I was asked to give feedback, but as soon as you query a decision -eg. would it be possible to transfer the new customer discount as I haven't actually bought anything, they do not send a link to leave any feedback, so their ratings will obviously be flawed. Really disappointing. They would do far better encouraging new clients to find the best size and then they may get more returning customers.The customer service is shallow and insincere. Be wary.
