The communication was inadequate. I ordered a birthday gift and chose one size up, but it was still WAY TOO SMALL! I don't have the time to handle a refund or return, and based on what I've read, others have had similar experiences. I'm looking for a replacement, but I will definitely not be giving this company my business again! Disappointing practices. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
