FORGET ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THERE IS NONE.BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS. Katie, and Ashley are both terrible at the jobs. Neither one knows anything about customer service. Now I see why there reviews are horrible, because that's exactly what that company is HORRIBLE.
