Ordered a beer, when tasted was obviously off (been drinking beer nearly 60 years), reported to staff who was prepared to refund cash as there were no other beers I fancied, but had problem due to using 50 p CAMRA token & called manager. This person was immediately hostile, refused to refund money paid, said beer was alright & then accused me of swearing at staff & demanded I leave. He came round bar attempted to take my phone from me, said I couldn't record, which is untrue & manhandled & assaulted me me while pushing me out the door. Of course I did not respond to his behaviour as aware of law. Manager had bodycam so Witherspoon should be able to investigate behaviour. I am 73 years old this was my first pint of the day. I'm sorry, that they cannot take negative feedback on their beer & £2.68 is too much for Witherspoon to return but that their managerial staff should resort to such disgusting behaviour is an absolute disgrace.
