A friend went to Wetherspoons cleethorpes for breakfast after a recommendation. She's elderly and blind in one eye. She ordered a breakfast and asked for a cup of tea, the bar lady pointed to the machine and said she had to get it from the machine.She told her she couldn't use it, the server then said well that's the only way to get a drink, didn't offer to help!! So my friend cancelled her breakfast apologised she couldn't use the machine and left. Just disgusting service and how belittling for my friend.
