I have just been to weatherspoons the bears head in penarth Iwent to use the disabled toilet as I have difficulty getting up stairs I have a disabled key and I found them in a disgusting state the toilet seat was on the floor and there was a strong smell of wee . people use the toilet when they can't be bothered to go up stairs mainly men I do notice.i have been in other weatherspoons pub's and the disabled toilets are very clean .but sadly not in the bears head which is my local
