It's a scam site. The phone number listed on the website is permanently switched off. Your emails and DMs will be left ignored once you've coughed up money to place the order. You'll be given fake tracking codes (after pleading for months) and once you ask her to refund, you'll be ignored and ultimately, blocked. She has all the time in the world to delete comments you'll post warning others of the scam, but not enough to respond or refund. It's a scam and I hope one day she goes to jail. There are way better sites to buy good ceramic products from, this scammer ain't the one.
