I bought a Fuji 18mm f1.4 lens back in July. In a couple of days, I discovered that the autofocus motor is faulty. I sent the lens back for inspection and repair to their service center in Twente. It took them 2 weeks to collect the lens from the post, apparently the service center address they provided was not correct according to Post NL. Since then, it’s been already 2 months, I can’t get any update on my lens. All my planned projects are stalled. They don’t even respond on a request to either refund or provide a replacement. It’s the worst experience I ever had with purchasing photo equipment online over so many years.
