I’ve been a returning customer of WebAhead and paid for a rebrand, expecting a quick turnaround as previously which is why i returned. After days of silence,after payment I followed up with Mike about my pack, only to be told it would take roughly four weeks something never mentioned upfront. I had assumed once I sent everything, he’d get it done quickly like they have done previously and because of his memory I thought he would get it done quicker not a problem if he didn't because they had a reputation of being quick. Because of his mistake is the reason I found out. When I asked about a refund because I wasn't explained that there was a roughly 4 week wait before payment i got know response.I decided to check there website about there refund policy. Upon checking their own website reviews also, Which is appalling I saw this is a pattern they just take your money and they have a strict no-refund policy they don’t make clear before payment or there is a longer than normal wait time upon placing my order which they should make you aware like most.I’ve chosen to look elsewhere especialy after reading there reviews and take this as a learning curve. I found a much faster, cheaper option on Fiverr that includes SEO at no extra cost. Sharing this in good faith always check a company’s own reviews before paying even when referred I have had to learn this the Hardaway but will be going back to the person who recommended them also to aware others also on social media all platforms. The way they conduct business won’t last long.
