In terms of web build and support I was impressed. Any issues with content posted are quickly and professionally dealt with. If only I could say the same from their SEO department, whose unbelievably pushy sales team have not delivered on promise. As soon as they receive payment, you are ghosted and any basic questions are met with defensiveness and attitude. As a business owner I do not feel in control in any way. I was sold a Facebook campaign and have received no communication since or evidence of its success at all. The whole process has been incredibly stressful. I would not recommend at all.
