This is a dreadful experience with a misleading warranty. I used my mower a mere six times during the summer, and the handle broke at the weld after only six months. When I tried to file a claim, the support team insisted it was my fault! It's obviously a manufacturing issue. To top it off, they attempted to sell me a new handle! I will never use this service again; it's best to avoid them completely, and I've reported them to the relevant authorities as well.
