The service I received was completely unacceptable. I had a vacuum and blower delivered and assembled it over the weekend. However, after a few starts, the pull cord got stuck. When I contacted the customer support team, they were unhelpful and directed me to another company that had no knowledge of any warranty. Returning to the support team, they shrugged off my concerns, stating they could do nothing. The machine was only tested twice before this issue arose.
