I bought a self-propelled mower and regret it. The clutch engages so aggressively that the mower speeds off without the option for slower speeds. Moreover, the design seems flawed; when the collection bag is slightly full, it tips the mower up, making it uncomfortable to use. I find myself not only steering but also holding the handle up to keep the blade level with the grass. I will have to sell it as it’s causing me back pain.
