I bought a new electric mower with a two-year warranty. Unfortunately, after snagging the cable, I followed the appropriate steps to repair it, but the mower stopped working a year later. The repair took a long time, and now the warranty is void because of the cable repair. The customer service was unhelpful, and there was no internal complaints process available. I find it hard to believe they won't honor the warranty despite the mower failing after a year.
