I bought a 40cm mower, but I was shocked by how much flimsy plastic it contained given the price. After a year, a plastic part broke, rendering the mower useless. I tried to fix it myself, but when I contacted customer service, they denied the warranty claim, claiming it was damaged by an external object. This is clearly a manufacturing issue. I won't buy from this brand again due to the poor quality and lack of helpful customer service.
