I ordered a new WEH12R from these cowboys after it was recommended to me, the first unit arrived with paint missing and with concerns about future rusting I contacted them to arrange a replacement.Following some snotty communication they agreed, only for the replacement to have similar damage.Rather than try to correct the issue they are telling me I need to return for a refund, that’s it’s not faulty it’s simply ‘not to my standard’.Whilst the price may be significantly less would you accept a brand new car with paint damage?! I would never recommend anyone waste their time with these jokers, whilst the products may or may not be any good the customer service is the worst I’ve experience in a long time.
