Bought a Webb electric mower in 2023. It was excellent in the first year but in early 2024 the mower cut out and would not restart, at this point It was still in warranty. Contacted the supplier GJ Handi who advised box up the mower and return it or take to the nearest agent which we did in early March. After many phone calls the agent advised there was nothing wrong with the mower and to collect it - upon collection my husband would try the mower first whereupon sparks and smoke came from the electric connection so the agent would not release it. To date we have had no success with the local agent and GJ Handi have advised they cannot help.My advice - do not buy a Webb mower
