I had a very frustrating experience with the warranty, which was misleadingly advertised. After using the mower only six times, the handle broke at the weld, and when I tried to claim, the support team blamed me! It's clearly a manufacturing defect. To make matters worse, they attempted to sell me a new handle. I will never engage with this service again; I recommend avoiding them entirely, and I have reported them to the relevant authorities.
