A very misleading and deceiving company. They tried to lure me in with a deal that was very well priced. I explained I wanted a website for a service similar to life coaching and they provided an example of a life coaching website they claimed to have built. The guy in the live chat box on the Web Design Stop website became very pushy about buying a package. Something didn’t feel right so I decided to do some further research. I contacted the owner of the website Web Design Stop claimed to have built and he advised he had never heard of Web Design Stop and provided the name of the company he had used. So Web Design Stop had lied and misled me. They also claimed to be a totally Australian company and all staff based in Australia but I can’t find any evidence of an actual real office. My suspicion is it an off shore company based in maybe India or Pakistan. There is nothing wrong with this but at least be honest. I provided a range of evidence regarding my transactions with Web Design Stop to Trust Pilot who have now verified my review. This is an excellent outcome to protect other consumers.
