I had a very disappointing experience with WebDoctor. I uploaded my blood test results in advance, expecting the doctor to review them before the consultation.
During the call, it became clear that the doctor hadn’t looked at my results at all — I had to explain the values myself, which was very concerning.
The consultation lasted no more than 3 minutes, and I was told that they couldn’t help, without any explanation, guidance, or next steps.
The whole experience felt rushed, dismissive, and unprofessional. I expected a proper medical consultation, especially for a paid service, but did not feel heard or supported.
I would not recommend this service.
