Paid for a premium membership, but all of my sites and my account said "starter"; nothing premium about it. I purchased a template but about 1/4 of the elements actually worked on it once purchased. I emailed asking to cancel and remove the template for a refund since the "service they provided" wasn't -actually- provided. For $89, the template should not have "missing" elements and for $229, after 5 days, any account should be updated to show it isn't a "starter" account.Much to no one's surprise, customer service wasn't able to help even in the slightest.Take your money to Wix for half of the price a 1/100th of the hassle of working with Webflow.
