I asked Matthew K to notify me again of some details I needed. I impressed upon him the fact that my client needed those details very urgently.
The simple difference between WHUK and other hosting companies I am involved with is the fact that Matthew could have said "Oh no, sorry, you will have to raise a ticket for that", he didn't, essentially he said "it may take a few minutes but I will get the details you need".
