This is the worst hosting company we've ever experienced. We have 12-24 hour downtimes at random. Their latest gross negligence was changing the IP address of our server without any warning. This caused close to 60 websites to be down and costing thousands of dollars worth of extra work and lost client revenue. They have also raised their prices over 200% in the last 3 years and then will gaslight you with emails and tickets talking about how they're giving more. In reality they're actually giving you less for the twice the amount of money. Anyone can go look at waybackmachine.org to confirm this. i almost forgot, they have yet to answer the emergency support ticket today in over 8 hours, which is a regular occurrence.
