Absolutely garbage company and services. Trying to open a bank account and they use this company for identification purposes. Had to wait like 10 minutes for each call. The call was terminated by 4 different employees after a couple of second. Now waiting again 15 minutes for the next call....Edit: After another 20 minutes, an employee finally took the call and graciously took the time to tell us that she can hear herself on the speaker instead of just terminating the call.
