Called 4 times, crashed 2 times before the end, successfully completed once, but wasn't registered for the service I was required to identify for (opening bank account). The 4th time I called, the WebID staff stopped the call midway and started a chat with their colleague, ignoring my request to continue the procedure (perhaps I was muted or did he think he had successfully closed the call). Never again, thank you.
