I had a very disappointing experience with WebID's customer service during my account setup. I spoke with two representatives, both of whom were dismissive and ended the call abruptly when I struggled to align my passport page to their specific lighting requirements. This process should be more accommodating, especially since most customers are completing it from home. WebID should consider offering more flexible solutions for identity verification and hire nicer people.
