Absolute garbage. Applied for a Schufa with ImmobilienScout - they use webID for verification. In the actual page it states clearly that they accept passport verification. After several trials, not success. Believing it was MY mistake, I went ahead and applied again. Once again, the same results. The app doesn't accept passports! I contacted the support team and they said my name in the application was wrong! I checked with ImmobilienScout and one kept blaming the other. The support was not helpful at all. Different people were answering my emails and nobody seemed to know what is going on.WebID - you had ONE job! ONE!Do your customers a favor: If you don't take passport, remove this from your website/app!
