I wanted to indentify myself few days ago,and was speaking with some young lady,who asked me German or English to speak,and since we are in Germany,it is natural that we speak German language.Than-suprise suprise,I couldn't understand what she was saying because of the equipment she used and she hang up on me like I was the biggest garbage,and like 'am not person at all because I couldn't understand.But that's not all,I called again,and she respond to call and hung up on me without any word,meaning-u don't speak German native u are not welcome to speak with some of their operators,how rude and dissrespective behavior!!!!I am 3 years in Germany on a B2 speaking level and never got in this situation like with this rude person who doesn't deserve to work with people at all.Just be clear,after my 3rd attempt,I've spoke with German guy who speaks faster and with akcent,and we understanded eachother because he done his job like it should and spoke with me on a level that I've know.I just hope that lady who I've spoke with,will get her "award" and would be no longer there since 'am not probably only person that was threated like this with zero respect!!!!
