Very rude person. Explained nothing, I couldn't see anything other than a black screen And then it just said identification was unsuccessful. No explanation. This just really sucks!The whole process from start (with Deutsche bank in the beginning and no way to reach anyone english speaking there) to this fiasco. What a complete waste of time. And I am forced to go through with this again!
