I liked the onboarding process and the support they gave me. However, during the live webinar the whole system crashed so had no recording of a great webinar with my customers. Although these things should not happen but can happen, the team very much disappointed me with their lack of response and professionalism. I was not allowed to give them a call to understand what happened (funny that it is at these crucial moments it seems you need to have a premium subscription) and got a mail that indeed the product crashed. From all the tools I used the last years, I never had a fatal crash ''during'' a recording of a webinar. It is probably more the emotion of a bad service that reminds me, next to a product that is not reliable. Hope I don't get a downplay marketing response to this feedback.
