I had a very unsatisfactory experience with the service. They made promises but failed to deliver even 10% of what I expected. After paying 50% of the project cost, they took around 10 days just to upload a theme I had purchased, without doing anything additional. They charged $500 for this, which feels like a scam. I don’t recommend them for anyone looking to start an e-commerce site. My new developer indicated that they completed less than 10% of the project and deserved only 10% of the payment. When I requested a $200 refund, they refused.
